This command instructs Dynodex to print just the current record. Dynodex will print using the Layout that is currently selected (an address book, label, card or envelope layout). You must choose the Layout you want BEFORE you print. You can check the current layout by selecting the Choose Layout from the menu.
After choosing Print One, Dynodex brings up your print driver's Page Setup dialog. You may want to make changes here including Print Effects or Orientation. Click OK to proceed. The Print dialog follows and you have the opportunity to select:
• Preview: Click on the check box to preview your printout before it goes to the printer.
• How many copies you want to print: Type a number here.
• The page range: which pages (or labels or rolodex cards) you want to print.
• Help: Displays a Help dialog with brief instructions for how to manually feed your Dynodex pages or envelopes.
• Other options: Depending on what type of printer you are using, you may have one or more Print options.
You can also Cancel printing in both the Page Setup and Print dialogs.
